Returns and exchange details
At this time, Jazzie J’s Jewelry does not accept exchanges on products, and refunds are only issued if they meet certain criteria. All refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Refunds/Returns will be issued in the following circumstances:
1. Jazzie J’s Jewelry sent the incorrect product to a customer.
2. Jazzie J’s Jewelry omitted a product in a customer order that the customer paid for.

Refunds/Returns are not eligible for the following circumstances:
1. Product was lost by USPS or stolen after delivery to customers address.
2. Customer ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it for a different product.
3. Customer placed the order with an incorrect address, and did not receive product because of this oversight. Items returned to me due to the incorrect address will be charged for reshipping.
4. Custom Charges/Fees/VAT are due.
5. International orders are non refundable.
6. Custom/Personalized orders are not eligible for refund.
7. Buyers Remorse/Cancellation request after shipment.
8. Customer did not read the discription/details of the item(s).
9. Clearance items

If a customer would like to process a refund upon approval; it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item first in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping should Jazzie J’s Jewelry conclude a refund is to be issued. If there are any signs of wear, or damage sustained by the customer to the product, it is the right of Jazzie J’s Jewelry to refuse a refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the shipped date. This allows ample time for a product to present to a customer’s home, but ensures the responsibility of the customer for a prompt report.

For items that have been damaged during delivery we require that the customer provides a photo of the item and packaging within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Packages will have insurance included so if any damage occurs during shipping, I will work with all parties involved to replace your purchased item(s) if possible. If it is not possible to make another similar item due to supply availability, you will receive a store credit or refund.

**Restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns and return to sender packages that have not been personalized or are custom made. As stated in policies, personalized and custom items are nonrefundable.
**Please note original shipping WILL NOT be included in any refund. Only the product purchase price.

Hand stamped items may have tiny flaws such as slightly irregular spacing, variations in stamping depth and other unique variations that are intentional. Due to the nature of hand stamped items, there will be impressions at the back of the items. You may also see some scuffing on the front stamped area. This should not be considered a defect, and these variations are not cause for a refund request.

All jewelry and accessories are not recommended for children under the age of 10. Small pieces may be used and are not recommended.
